Orders placed on or after August 8 will be delivered directly to students at school. Some items may be delivered toward the end of the second week of school, while the remaining items will be delivered September 8–11.

Orders placed on or before July 31 will be available for pickup at the school during Meet & Greet on August 14.

Returns

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Size Exchanges

We are happy to offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

• Requests made after 2 days are not guaranteed and may not be accepted.

Personalized Items

No returns or exchanges are accepted for personalized or custom-made items, including but not limited to:

• Embroidered Jackets

• Hoodies

• Any item with custom embroidery, names, initials, or other personalization
