Online Store Policies (School Orders & E-Commerce Terms)

1. All Sales Final
All items purchased through our online store are custom-made
products, therefore all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
● Incorrect size selection
● Change of mind
● Design preference after purchase
Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
2. Product Description & Variations
We do our best to display colors, sizes, and product details
accurately.
However:
● Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences
● Garment fit may vary depending on brand and style
● Custom printing and embroidery may vary slightly from
digital previews
3. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship.
We will correct or replace items only if:
● The item arrives with a production defect
● There is a printing or embroidery error (wrong design,
spelling, or placement)
● The product does not match the approved design
specifications
All claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery to the
school
4. Production & Delivery Schedule
Production time is 7–10 business days unless otherwise
specified.
The final delivery date will be coordinated directly with the
school and confirmed in advance. Customers will be notified of
the scheduled delivery date once it is confirmed.
5. Delivery Policy (School Pick-Up Only)
All orders are delivered directly to the school office on the
agreed delivery date.
● No home shipping is available
● No individual shipping to students or parents
● Orders must be picked up from the school office
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Once an order is placed and submitted:
● No changes are allowed
● No modifications to size, color, or items
7. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer confirms they have:
● Selected correct size, color, and items
● Reviewed all order details carefully
● Approved the final selections before submission
8. Garment Care
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.
Recommended care:
● Wash inside out in cold water
● Tumble dry low or hang dry
● Do not iron directly on printed or embroidered areas
9. Agreement
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to all terms and
policies listed above, including production time, design
approval, and delivery terms.
